A música “Jump”, do Van Halen, foi escolhida como a melhor canção associada ao esporte, de acordo com votação do PRS For Music, uma associação de compositores, cantores e editores de música na Inglaterra.
Os membros fizeram uma lista de com as melhores músicas associadas ao esporte. E o clássico do hard rock composto por David Lee Roth e Eddie Van Halen, lançado em 1984, foi o favorito.
Em segundo lugar, os Rolling Stones com “Start Me Up” e o terceiro, Jackie Wilson, com seu clássico soul “(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher & Higher”.
