Uma música inédita de Chris Cornell chamada de “When Bad Does Good” recebeu sua estréia oficial, você pode confirir abaixo. A viúva de Cornell, Vicky, comentou:

Notavelmente fora do set está o videoclipe de Cornell para a faixa “Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart”, estrelada por Eric Roberts. Esse vídeo mostrou Cornell de frente para uma forca e foi compreensivelmente removido da internet após o suicídio de Cornell em maio de 2017. Um vídeo lírico para a faixa foi incluído.
No Instagram, o ator Josh Brolin, que era um dos amigos íntimos de Cornell, comentou sobre “When Bad Does Good” finalmente vendo um lançamento:

Eles lançaram “When Bad Do Good” hoje. Eu me lembro quando você me enviou e perguntou o que eu achava. Ouvir sua voz novamente me surpreende como a primeira vez que nos encontramos no Hollywood Café e você estava no palco apenas com sua guitarra e um telefone ao seu lado e conversava com Jeff Buckley.
Tudo volta: todas as conversas, as palavras escritas de um lado para o outro, uma pequena sala nos bastidores, aqui e ali, quando conseguimos encontrar o tempo cheio de conversas e conexões fáceis. Eu sinto sua falta, amigo. Vicky e eu mantivemos contato. Era o aniversário de Toni, mas tenho certeza de que você sabe disso. Tudo está bem, mas os corações ainda se contraem e se expandem com cada pensamento de você ou como uma música sangra pelo rádio. Eu amo você, amigo. Sempre amarei.
