O sétimo ‘full length’ do Nargaroth, é disponibilizado oito anos após ‘Jahreszeiten’ (2009). Sob o título ‘Era of Threnody’, o trabalho é lançado pela própria gravadora Inter Arma Productions, fundada em 2016.
Criado em 1996 em Eilenburg, a banda possuí uma considerável discografia, composta em grande parte, por demos, compilações, ‘splits’. EPs, além de dois ‘live album’.
Formada atualmente apenas pelo músico fundador, Ash (René Wagner), responsável pelos vocais, guitarras, baixo e teclado, também contou com os convidados Bernth (guitarra) e Krimh (bateria).
